			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I did it!  I said I was going to and I killed it!</p>
<p>Last week I lost 4 pounds. I went from 203 to 199. I never saw a 1 in the first place on the scale before. I think the last time I saw that was in middle school and I don&#8217;t even remember looking at the scale. I guess my parents must have told me or something.</p>
<h2>Now the hard part.</h2>
<p>Keeping myself in the 100&#8242;s and going lower.  This week sucked.</p>
<p>I wasn&#8217;t motivated to keep it going. Last week I lost 4 pounds. The week before that I lose 2.5 pounds and I think the week before that I lose 2. So I needed a break. This week I only worked out for 3 days instead of 5. And I didn&#8217;t bring it as much, so I&#8217;m afraid that 199 may go up to 200 something again. That&#8217;s OK though. I needed a break. I got it and I&#8217;m refocusing.</p>
<h2>Next Goal.</h2>
<p>My next goal is to lose 50 pounds. I currently lost 42. Just 8 more pounds so I can tell the world I lost 50 pounds. It&#8217;s a BIG number. I can do it. I need to focus on that number. I&#8217;ve focused on 199 for awhile and that&#8217;s done, now it&#8217;s the big 5-0. I can do it. I am going to do it.</p>
