You must all check out Anthony Stewart Head’s CD “Music For Elevators” it is just fantastic. I’m addicted, I just love his voice and the whole album is completely unique. It’s very easy listening, but it’s just wow. I LOVE HIS VOICE!

OK. I’m officially getting tired of this design. Catherine and Dora have new designs, and I’m well, design-less. I need a new design!!! *drives self crazy* HAHAH 5 months it’s been up LOLOL. *pulls hair out*
Christmas was nice this year! I got many things such as: Nickelback CD, Will and Grace Season 1 DVD, PSP (which is awesome; it’s an ipod in combination with a movie player, a playstation 2 player and it’s like super small!!), clothes..I think that’s it. That PSP thing cost the most tho!
YAY!! We get our grades tomorrow. I’m nervous though, the flash class. I was fixing my flash site, right? And the damn thing wouldn’t even work! So I had to hand in what I had..and I’m afraid I’ll get a bad grade in it now. But I did learn something in that class: I hate flash hahaha. Seriously, I used to love it, but now I just LOVE designing static sites with a hint of flash!
And I’ve also learned something else..but I’ll discuss that in the “new year”. And where’s the commenters!! I comment on your site, but you don’t comment on mine sheesh!
Today was a good day. CHECK OUT MY COMMERCIAL! I’m so proud of it!! I mean seriously, I was like soo happy with the results. It’s probably really shitty, but what the hell. I’m proud. It was for my business class, we had to create our own business and ours was “Smart House” – it was a group of five of us. And I thought we would have a commercial, why not? Why not use some of my knowledge and incorporate it into business class? hah, and so I did that. It took me a few hours to rip the DVDs, but overall it was easy.
After watching like 5 presentations for that class, it made me realize something. A lot of people really suck when it comes to colors. That may sound harsh, but what are people thinking putting dark blue text against a black background? Are they unconscious doing these powerpoint presentations? Or do they think the text is glow in the dark? Beats me. Like a lot of people use yellow/black gradients against blue backgrounds, and it just looks SO BAD. Ahh. Just picture the ugliest, most uncontrasting, most unreadable text powerpoint you can think of.
Ooo! Oo! And presentations amaze me. People are standing up there, having their back face the audience reading the powerpoint LOL. Like, uh..a.) turn around and b.) we can read, ok? They should all have been taking Speech Communication classes before this one. Anyway, our product won for best presentation, damn straight.
I’m listening to Sublime right now, thanks to my 2d class..we listen to these guys in that class and I like em! ONE MORE DAY OF COLLEGE UNTIL BREAK!!!!!! YEAH!! Okay, so I should go – lots to do. I wanna go to bed *cries*
I designed a cool layout for this fansite – I like it! I hope the person does too, it’s really quite..”different”. We’ll see.
I fell in love this week. With Nickelback. The Band. Who Sings. “Photograph”. OMG. I must have listened to that song a million times. It never gets old. I just saw their video for “Someday”, it’s so good – it’s like a movie with a twisted ending!
I’m launching a site I’ve been working lately, well it’s a client site – so it should be up tonight, just putting the finishing touches on it. RAVE needs a bath. I know it just got one, but the fans don’t particularly like this one as much as I used to, which is fine on my part! I’m glad they were honest in telling me what they thought. I have a few ideas going on in my head..in fact..they gave me inspiration to not be so..”picky” when it comes to that site!
I’ve been drinking coffee a lot lately..it’s been keeping me up till 5, 6 in the morning. At those times in the night, I’m so energized I do anything! Like last night, I capped Robin Of Locksley, cleaned out my computer desk, did some HOMEWORK, got an order done and updated my sites. I love coffee
